Are your products digital downloads or physical items?

We offer both! Most of our savings challenges are available as digital downloads (PDF format) that you can print at home immediately after purchase. Some products are also available as physical printed copies that we ship to you. Each product listing clearly states which format is included.

How do I access my digital download after purchasing?

After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads by logging into your Elite Noir account and visiting your Orders page. Downloads are available immediately, no waiting required.

What format are the digital files?

All digital products are delivered as PDF files, which can be opened on any device (phone, tablet, laptop) and printed at home on standard A4 or Letter-size paper.

Can I print my download more than once?

Yes! Once you purchase a digital product, you can print it as many times as you need for personal use. It's perfect if you want to restart a challenge or share it with a family member in the same household.

What sizes do the physical products come in?

Physical products are printed on standard A4 paper. If you need a specific size, please contact us before ordering at the link below.

🌍 Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship outside of Barbados?

Physical products are only available for delivery within Barbados. We do not currently ship internationally. If you're outside Barbados, our digital download versions are available worldwide and are delivered instantly via email, no shipping required.

How long does shipping take for physical products?

Physical orders within Barbados are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Digital downloads are available instantly after purchase, no waiting required.

How much does shipping cost within Barbados?

Shipping costs for physical products within Barbados are calculated at checkout. Digital downloads are always free to deliver, anywhere in the world.

Do you offer tracking for physical orders?

Yes, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched within Barbados.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and any other methods shown at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded. For physical products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a defect or damage, and we will make it right. My download link isn't working. What do I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder for the order confirmation email. If you still can't find it, log in to your account at elitenoir246.com and check your Orders page. If you're still having trouble, contact us, and we'll sort it out quickly.

💰 About the Savings Challenges

I've never saved before. Where should I start?

Start with the 30 Day Savings Challenge ($5). It's designed specifically for beginners and will help you build the habit of saving in just one month. Once you've completed it, you'll be ready to tackle the 3K or 10K Challenge.

What's the difference between the 3K and 10K Savings Challenge?

The 3K Savings Challenge is designed to help you reach a $3,000 goal through structured milestones, great for an emergency fund or short-term goal. The 10K Savings Challenge is for a larger $10,000 target and has 6 sections that break the goal into manageable steps. Both work at your own pace.

Do I have to save every day?

No, our challenges are flexible. You can save daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The trackers are designed to work with whatever schedule suits your income and lifestyle.

What currency are the savings amounts in?

The savings amounts on our trackers are currency-neutral; they show numbers (e.g. 10,000) without a specific currency symbol, so they work whether you're saving in Barbados Dollars, US Dollars, Jamaican Dollars, Eastern Caribbean Dollars, or any other currency.
